None of any retail forex brokers are authorized and legally registered in India. According to, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), forex brokers are not required to authorize to ao accept residents of India as customers.

But, any resident from India can open a trading account in IC Markets Broker and use all of its services without having issues.
