Does IC Markets charge commission? – If you are using a Broker Standard Trading Account then no other commission with be charged except Spread. For RAW Spread Account, a $3.5/lot commission will be charged for a single entry.
It is because RAW spread accounts’ spread starts from “0” and according to the broker’s website, around 95% time it remains 0 in most of the major currency pairs. So, they slightly add a commission on a per-standard lot basis.
But if you want to trade using their commission-free Standard account then you can register it from your client cabinet. Here is a quick comparison of both of their trading accounts.

You can choose any of their trading account based on your trading patterns. If you are a scalper then our recommendation is to use their RAW trading account and on the other hand, a Standard account is best for position or swing trading.
